This series tells the story of the residents of Jeju Island, who are all connected to each other in some way. Lee Dong-sook, played by Lee Byung-hun, was born in a small village and now makes a living with his truck. He meets Min Seon-ah, played by Shin Min-ah, a woman who has moved to the island to escape her mysterious past. Jung Yun-hui, played by Lee Jung-eun, the owner of a fish shop, reunites with her past lover, Choi Han-soo, played by Cha Seung-won.
